All Products and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time.

4. Orders and Payments

a. Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

b. Payment: Payment is required upon order placement and handled through the services provided by Wix.com. Wix.com accepts the following payment methods: Credit and debit cards, iDeal, Apple Pay and PayPal.

5. Shipping and Delivery

a. Shipping: We aim to ship orders within 5 business days, however, do note that Little Guys is a one-man operation and orders may be delayed on occasion. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on location. See the Shipping & Returns section for further details.

b. Delivery: We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services.

6. Returns and Refunds

a. Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. See the Shipping & Returns section for further details.

b. Refunds: Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned items.

7. Intellectual Property

a. Copyright: All content on the Website is the property of Little Guys and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws.

b. Trademarks: All trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Website are the trademarks of Little Guys.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Governing law
All offers, agreements and deliveries of us, and disputes in general between you and us, arising out of and/or in connection with these terms and/or to which these terms apply, are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, as well as any agreement concluded between you and us and any subsequent agreements resulting therefrom, shall be settled by the Dutch court, in particular the district court of Limburg. If you are a consumer and this would result in the jurisdiction of a court that would not be competent according to the law, you shall have 33 days from the date we invoke this provision to opt for settlement of the dispute by the competent court according to the law.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
