Order Processing: a. All products are shipped from my home studio in Limburg, The Netherlands. These should be shipped within a few business days of placing your order. b. Postage is done through PostNL, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Product availability: a. Products listed as ‘in stock’ should be shipped within a few business days of placing your order. b. Products are currently not made to order but are available for pre-order when specified.

Pre-orders: a. While we strive to handle all orders as quickly as possible, pre-orders may take significantly longer to be fulfilled (allow up to 12 weeks). b. Products not listed as ‘in stock’ or for ‘pre-order’ are unavailable.

Shipping Methods: a. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. b. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the chosen shipping method.

Delivery Times: a. Delivery times may vary based on your location. b. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier issues.

International Shipping: a. We offer international shipping. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Rates: Domestic (NL) shipping: €4.50 EU shipping €5.90 - €8.70 (calculated at checkout) Outside of Europe: €12.00 (All rates subject to change).

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy: a. We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. b. To initiate a return, please contact us at littleguysdotshop@gmail.com.

Eligibility for Returns: a. Items must be unused, in their original condition. b. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Return Process: a. Contact our customer support to initiate the return process. b. Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip. c. Ship the item to the address provided to you via email.

Refunds: a. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. b. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: a. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
